Subscription Membership – Refund Policy

Membership subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

You will have access to your membership materials until your prepaid time ends, at which point you won’t be charged again and your access to membership site content will be revoked.

To protect the integrity of the subscription offer, cancellations/reactivations are limited to twice within a 365 day period. Abuse of membership will not be tolerated, we reserve the right to exclude membership at our discretion.

Delivery Policy

Digital products will be accessible after purchase. If a technical glitch does not immediately deliver your log-in instructions, you will gain access to the digital program as soon as a member of our support team can get your information out to you. This will happen within a reasonable window of 48 business hours.

Physical Products – Returns/Exchanges Policy
